The Cho Wa History (Continued)

Gradings are held every 3 months in Crawley, West Sussex. We have not gone the way of other Martial Arts by trying to recruit new members by staging sporting competitions, we have remained traditional and intend to stay traditional.

The Cho-Wa is controlled by two 6th Dans who are ably assisted by several highly trained coaches who run our other clubs.

If you are interested turn up for a free lesson at any one of our clubs, (information on where these are and opening times can be found via the club location button to the left) you will be taken through some of the techniques we use.

There is no pressure to join, you just go away and think about it, then if you feel it is right for you just come back, join up and become one of the many people studying this very old and fascinating art of self defence.
