What is Ju-Jitsu (Continued)

You will not be asked to do lots of strenuous exercises, we just do a light warm up session before we start. (You do not have time to warm up in the street or build up your Ki)

It is the most practical and comprehensive fighting system known, using Blocking, Throwing and Striking techniques, we also employ Kicking, Punching and Controlling Holds and if needed Pressure Points, Strangles and Chokes for the more desperate situations but usually bring submission through pain and do no lasting damage.

Instruction is also given in traditional Martial Art Weapons.

Ju-Jitsu is ideal for both men and women as no great strength is needed, it can be learnt in any one of our clubs listed under the Clubs Location button. You will be taught on a one to one basis by our fully qualified and highly trained coaches.
